Instead of welcoming the expanded gaming industry into our state, the Governor turned his back on the 100 workers at Wonderland and 160 at Plainridge and the thousands more that would benefit from resort casinos and slots at the racetracks. The Governor must stop picking and choosing the winners and losers in this state, and in this case, it’s the racetrack employees who are ending up on the losing end,” said Massachusetts State Treasurer and Independent candidate for Governor Timothy P.
